Hamas al mondo: Gaza ha deciso di rompere l'assedio

Ismail Haniyeh dell'Ufficio Politico di Hamas, Lunedi ha indirizzato al mondo il messaggio di Hamas: Gaza ha deciso di rompere l'assedio con il sangue, la fermezza e la resistenza … Israele ha imposto uno stretto assedio a Gaza per circa otto anni, eppure la comunità internazionale e la maggior parte dei paesi arabi non hanno fatto nulla per tentare di aprire questo blocco illegale.

Parlando alla televisione Al-Aqsa, Haniyeh ha sottolineato che i palestinesi di Gaza avevano deciso di non ritirarsi dalla loro posizione e ha ribadito le richieste dei combattenti palestinesi: "Fermare l'aggressione israeliana, sollevare l'assedio con tutte le sue conseguenze, liberare tutti i prigionieri liberati dello scambio 2011 e garantire che non ci sia mai più alcuna aggressione israeliana"

Haniyeh ha sottolineato che: "Queste sono richieste coerenti e solo umanitarie, in linea con il diritto internazionale e gli accordi precedenti" Si è appellato a tutte le nazioni libere perchè sostengano le richieste dei palestinesi della Striscia di Gaza fino alla fine del bagno di sangue.

Denunciando i massacri di Israele a Gaza, ha inoltre dichiarato: "I massacri israeliani contro i civili a Gaza sono la prova dell’ incapacità di affrontare i combattenti palestinesi."

Per quanto riguarda la resistenza, ha detto: "La resistenza e l'unità nazionale raggiungeranno le richieste palestinesi. Il sostegno popolare per la resistenza palestinese dà più forza alle sue richieste, che sono le richieste del popolo".

Hamas to the world: Gaza has decided to break its siege

Deputy Head of Hamas's Political Bureau Ismail Haniyeh addressed the world on Monday, saying: "Gaza has decided to break its siege with blood, steadfastness and resistance."

Israel has been imposing a strict siege of Gaza for about eight years, and yet the international community and most Arab countries have done nothing to challenge this illegal blockade.

Speaking on Al-Aqsa television, Haniyeh stressed that the Palestinians in Gaza had decided not to retreat from their position and reaffirmed the demands of the Palestinian fighters: "Stopping the Israeli aggression, lifting the siege with all of its consequences, releasing all prisoners freed in the 2011 exchange and guaranteeing that there will be no repetition of Israeli aggression."

Haniyeh pointed out that: "These are consistent and just humanitarian demands, in keeping with international law and the previous agreements." He called for all free nations to support the demands of the people in the Gaza Strip until the end of the bloodbath in Gaza.

Criticising Israel's massacres in Gaza, he said: "The Israeli massacres against civilians in Gaza are proof of its inability to face the Palestinian fighters."

Regarding the resistance, he said: "Resistance and national unity will achieve the Palestinian demands." He added that popular support for the Palestinian resistance gives it more strength to stick to its demands, "which are the people's demands".
