http://occupiedpalestine.wordpress.com Yes. Get Shocked. Maybe you wake up now. Palestinian children starving to death #Damascus: This four-year-old Palestinian boy, Yousef Abdullahi, died of starvation yesterday, Saturday November 2nd, 2013 in the Yarmouk Palestinian refugee camp in Damascus. This famine is not due to a natural disaster or a shortage of crops, but is caused by the very deliberate withholding of food, medicine and all essential supplies to the residents of the Yarmouk Palestinian refugee camp and the rest of south Damascus (and other areas across Syria) by Assad regime forces. This is inflicted in addition to relentless daily regime bombardment. This, supposedly internationally outlawed, Assad regime policy of collective punishment and mass starvation of Syrian and Palestinian people is green-lighted by the ‘Friends of Syria’ (sic), the United Nations and, of course, by the Western ‘anti-intervention’ activists who apparently prefer to see Palestinian and Syrian children bombed or starved than to see the people helped to overthrow the dictator slaughtering them, who is, after all, considered a radically chic leader of the ‘axis of resistance’ to zionism. To date, the Assad regime has shown its ‘resistance’ to zionism by imprisoning, torturing, starving, bombing and massacring Syrian and Palestinian people in Syria, while obediently protecting the border with the Occupied Golan on Tel Aviv’s behalf for almost four decades, firing nothing more lethal than speeches across the border. Many of the aforementioned Western activists, including such distinguished luminaries as George Galloway, Mairead Maguire, Cynthia McKinney and former US Attorney General Ramsey Clarke, align themselves enthusiastically with the Assad regime, while depicting themselves as being ‘friends of the Palestinian people.’ Perhaps these ‘Friends of Palestine’ (sic) would like to face the Palestinian parents of this Palestinian child, Yousef Abdullahi, or the Palestinian parents of any of the other Palestinian children terrorised, starved, bombed, slaughtered, orphaned, maimed by the Assad regime, in Yarmouk, in Ramel, in Husseiniya, in Khan el Sheeh, in Al Quds camp in Daraa or any of the other Palestinian refugee camps in Syria, and explain why it is acceptable for these Palestinian children to be starved or slaughtered in the name of “resistance.” The devastated parents of these murdered children, however, may not wish to hear the apologia of those who supported their babies’ killers, however “pro-Palestinian” these radically chic totalitarianism fans claim to be.
Get facts The real genocide: Excess deaths by policy Excess death also called ‘Avoidable mortality’ due to policies kill more children and people worldwide than any WMD. Get shocked
