Il Procuratore generale dell'Egitto riferisce di accuse contro El Baradei

Il Procuratore generale egiziano, Hisham Barakat, ha fatto riferimento all'atto d'accusa contro il premio Nobel ed ex vice primo ministro, il dottor Mohamed ElBaradei, alla Procura centrale del Cairo, al fine di aprire un'azione legale contro ElBaradei, accusato di essere un agente degli Stati Uniti e di collusione con i Fratelli Musulmani e il presidente Mohammed Morsi.

L'atto d’accusa 1632, accusa anche ElBaradei di mettere in imbarazzo il governo e l'esercito nella loro lotta contro i terroristi quando si è dimesso dalla carica di vice primo ministro dopo aver dichiarato, tramite il suo account Twitter, che si sarebbe dimesso se il governo avesse disperso, con la forza, la Fratellanza pro-Morsi al sit-in di Rabaa al Adawiya.

L'accusa ha aggiunto che un articolo pubblicato sul quotidiano Al Masry Al Youm il 2 agosto 2013, da Ghada Sherif "Perché vuoi sopprimere la rivoluzione, Baradei?", Ha rivelato la grandezza della complicità di ElBaradei contro la rivoluzione egiziana e il popolo egiziano, nei confronti dei Fratelli Musulmani.

L'accusa chiede alla Presidenza di intraprendere azioni legali contro ElBaradei e di sottoporlo ad un'inchiesta davanti alle autorità legali, mentre parlava in nome del popolo egiziano in una posizione ufficiale, ma aveva effettivamente sfidato le richieste del popolo egiziano chiedendo il perdono presidenziale per Mohammed Morsi.

Egypt's Prosecutor General refers indictment against ElBaradei for further investigation

Egypt's Prosecutor General, Hisham Barakat, has referred the indictment against Nobel Laureate and former deputy prime minister, Dr Mohamed ElBaradei, to the Central Cairo Prosecution in order for an investigation to be opened and necessary legal procedures to be taken. The lawsuit accuses ElBaradei of being an agent of the United States and collusion with the Muslim Brotherhood and president Mohammed Morsi.

The indictment 1632, also accuses ElBaradei of embarrassing the government and the army in their fight against terrorists when he resigned his post as deputy prime minister after stating, via his Twitter account, that he would resign if the government dispersed, by force, the Brotherhood and pro-Morsi Rabaa al Adawiya sit-in.

The indictment added that an article published in al Masry al Youm newspaper on August 2, 2013, by Ghada Sherif "Why are you suppressing the revolution, Baradei?", revealed the magnitude of ElBaradei's complicity against the Egyptian revolution and the Egyptian people, vis-à-vis the Muslim Brotherhood.

The indictment calls on the presidency to take legal action against ElBaradei and to refer him to an inquiry before the legal authorities, as he spoke in the name of the Egyptian people in an official position, but had actually defied the Egyptian people's demands by calling for a presidential pardon for Mohammed Morsi.
